Delivery Information

Delivery is a flat charge for each shipment:

UK ~ £2.50
International ~ £5.00 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receipt. If, for any reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you updating you on the status of your order.

We normally send your package by Royal Mail ("1st Class Letter/Package", "Recorded Delivery" or "Special Delivery") for UK orders and "International Signed For" for the rest of the world.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will usually be sent out on Monday.

All goods should normally arrive in first class condition within 2 business days for UK and 5 business days for the rest of the world

We only use your details (Name, Address, Email Address) solely for the purpose of helping us to make sure your order gets to you as soon as it can.

Of course, if you decide to receive periodic info from us by joining our mailing list, then we may occasionally use the information to send promotional mailings via regular mail and email.

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than processing your order or for these promotional mailings.

We do not sell customer information to third parties or divulge personal information to any other source.

All of our credit card transactions are processed securely through PayPal.
