If, for any reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you updating you on the status of your order. We normally send your package by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" for UK orders or "International SIgned For" for the rest of the world. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will usually be sent out on Monday. All goods should arrive in first class condition within 2 business days for UK and 5 business days for the rest of the world ... if they don't please contact us.
